Introduction

Institute Panel ("We") strive to provide reliable and high-quality Institute ERP software services to educational institutions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing subscription payments, cancellations, and refunds for our services.

1. Subscription Fees

Institute Panel offers subscription-based access to its School ERP platform under selected pricing plans. All subscription fees are billed in advance and are payable according to the plan chosen by the customer.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

Unless otherwise stated in writing, subscription payments made for Institute Panel services are non-refundable, including:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Setup or onboarding charges (if applicable)
  • Add-on services or optional paid features

Access to the service remains available until the end of the paid subscription period.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same subscription
  • Incorrect amount charged due to a billing error
  • Payment successfully completed but subscription was not activated due to a verified technical issue on our side
  • Other exceptional cases at the sole discretion of Institute Panel

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of the payment date and provide:

  • Payment reference / transaction ID
  • Registered account details
  • Reason for refund request

5. Refund Approval

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Gyandoot reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the circumstances and verification of payment records.

6. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway processing times.

7. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will:

  • Stop future billing (if recurring billing is enabled)
  • Allow continued access until the end of the current paid subscription period
  • Not entitle the customer to a refund for the unused portion of the current billing cycle, unless otherwise required by law

8. Service Availability

Temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, internet connectivity problems, or force majeure events do not automatically qualify for refunds.
